A GENOKEN portfolio project

SuaraKita

Working name

A GENOKEN portfolio project exploring how to make citizen feedback about public issues in Malaysia easier.

The problem

Noticing an issue is only the beginning.

A pothole, an unlit streetlight, a faulty traffic signal. SuaraKita starts with a practical question: how could it take less effort to explain a public issue and work out where to raise it?

This is the problem we are exploring—not just the damage itself, but the effort between noticing it and making it understood.

The approach

From an observation to clearer feedback.

We are exploring how to help people describe what they have noticed, capture useful context and make sense of the relevant government responsibility.

The focus is the citizen’s side of the process: making feedback easier to express and understand, rather than building an agency operations system.

Why we are exploring it

A practical place to learn and build.

GENOKEN explores what could be better by working on practical problems. SuaraKita gives that exploration a concrete setting: everyday public issues and the people who notice them.

It is a portfolio project for learning from real needs and developing useful solutions—not a claim that those outcomes have already been delivered.

This page introduces the project, not a reporting service. The illustrations are conceptual; no live submission, agency partnership or government response is implied.
